The Student Records & BI/Learner Analytics Development team are involved in a variety of different work streams:

  • Discoverer Reports - we maintain the reports catalogue and you can request new reports or changes to existing ones. The two distinct reporting areas we support are Admissions Plus and Student & Course Management.
  • Business Intelligence and Data / Information Requests - we can provide data / information in a variety of different outputs. We are responsible for the maintenance and delivery of the Programme, Monitoring & Review (PMR) Dashboards and ASQER data reports each year, as well as other data sets required by all different areas of the university.
  • Registry Web Applications / Registry Hub Web Pages - we develop and maintain a wide range of web forms and web systems such as Online Withdrawals, UKVI, CAS, Attendance Monitoring (SAMS), Bursary forms, Fast Track application service, Council Tax and many more.
