A two course meal, with a cold main course & salads, followed by a cold pudding.

This menu is served by a member of the events team. The menu is designed so that each guest will receive two main courses. A bottle of Heartsease Farm sparkling presse 425ml per person is included.

Option 1 Meat, Fish & Vegetarian

* Sweet potato & feta tart (v) * Rare roast herb crusted sirloin of beef with roasted cherry vine tomatoes & horseradish sauce * Crayfish tails, avocado & mango

Option 2 Meat, Fish & Vegetarian

* Coronation chicken – sliced chicken breast in lettuce cups with curried mayonnaise & toasted almonds * Side of Harissa roasted salmon with lemon wedges & sour cream * Roasted spiced aubergine with lemon & coriander cous cous (v)

Option 3 Meat, Fish & Vegetarian

* Poached salmon with lemon & dill mayonnaise * Honey roasted gammon & cranberry sauce * Squash, spinach & chickpea filo pie (v)

All options accompanied by three fresh seasonal homemade salads


* Country house cheeseboard with celery, grapes, chutney & selection of crackers * Panna cotta with fresh raspberries (v) * Banoffee pie (v) * Sherry trifle (v) * Salted caramel chocolate box (v)

Minimum order 10 guests.

This is served on china only Price includes two main course items, a dessert & a bottle of Heartsease Farm sparkling presse per person (NB the Heartsease Farm drink is non-transferable)
