Performance and Development Review (PDR)

January 2019 to 1 April 2019 Transitional Arrangements 

The University will be rolling out a new online PDR system on 1 April 2019. 

Departments planning on carrying out their PDRs before 1 April 2019 rollout may wish to schedule a shorter initial PDR discussion, using the current paper-based process, as all staff will need to conduct a full PDR using the online system from 1 April 2019. If you are unsure about the PDR arrangements in your department, please talk to your Line Manager or your Head of Department/Service.

All staff will be required to have an online PDR between 1 April 2019 and 30 September 2019 to ensure all areas of the University are aligned to the new PDR lifecycle. All Reviewers will be expected to attend training on the new process.
