Web protocols

Staff within the University are able to update pages on the website via the Content Management System (CMS). The Webteam provide user training for the CMS, and ask that users comply with the Web Protocols.

The protocols provide a framework for the provision of information via the University website and detail the purpose of the website and its current structure, the responsibilities of the Webteam in maintaining the site and the responsibilities of staff in maintaining any pages assigned to them by the Webteam.

It is a requirement of all staff to adhere to this framework when updating pages to ensure our web site remains accessible and usable.
