Biography

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and joined the part-time teaching staff at Portsmouth in 2016. I am a London-based practitioner and much of my work involves working with existing buildings in challenging heritage locations. My PgCert research focused on the relationship between Higher Education studio culture and professional practice experiences in the field of architecture, to highlight constraints and opportunities for a more holistic approach to teaching and life-long learning for the benefit of students, practitioners and the industry as a whole.

Teaching Responsibilities

Studio design tutor assisting students to resolve their project work through discussion, collaboration, drawing, and research.
