I joined the University of Portsmouth in 2012 as Senior Practice Fellow within the School of Architecture’s Project Office and I was appointed as Lecturer in January 2013.

Before moving to Portsmouth I worked in Italy within some architecture offices contributing to a variety of projects, ranging from private homes, housing schemes and commercial projects. Meanwhile, my collaboration with Parma City Council gave me the opportunity to gain same experience in the public sector and particularly in urban landscape design. Working as Studio Tutor and part-time Studio Lecturer in the University of Pavia Technology and Design units allowed me to combine practice and teaching.

Teaching Responsibilities

I mainly teach in undergraduate Architecture Design courses and Representation and Communication Architecture and Interior Design courses:

  • Studio Tutor, Unit 201/202
  • Studio Tutor, Unit 301/302
  • Teaching Team Member, Unit 130
  • Teaching Team Member, Unit 230
  • Supervisor, Unit 320

I am currently involved in a number of research projects within the Project Office.
