Staff are reminded that all email correspondence is subject to the University's email policy.

All-staff email bulletins are sent from on a weekly basis. Bulletins are grouped into the following categories:

  • General communications
  • General and social events
  • Learning and Teaching events
  • Staff development events

Should you wish to include a news item or an event in the all-staff bulletins please email the content of the advert to, including 'All Staff Bulletin' in the subject line. The deadline for inclusion in a Friday bulletin will be 1.00pm on the Thursday, however to ensure that staff are made fully aware of any forthcoming events it is advisable to advertise at least two weeks in advance of the event.

Urgent or time dependent emails will be sent as necessary by Vice-Chancellor's Executive, Information Services or Internal Communications.
