Cheryl is a senior academic with executive and leadership experience in the Higher Education sector.  She has a multi-disciplinary background including a B.A.Hons. (1st) in English (Leeds), an MSc in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (Cranfield) and a PhD in Strategic Environmental Management (Science Policy Research Unit @ Sussex).

Her industry experience includes blue-chips such as Maxwell Communications, GEC and KPMG and also consulting for companies in the Charity and SME sectors. Cheryl is a CIPD-qualified management coach and has established and led both Management Development and Future Leadership Programmes for the University of Portsmouth.
